We’re looking for someone who can connect with our clients and set them at ease when working with our office. To do this, we need someone who is comfortable with both email and phone communications, and has experience in customer service.

We are a fast paced, goal oriented company. The perfect candidate must be comfortable working in a high volume law firm, handling multiple clients simultaneously, and is both dependable and reliable.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
• Assist attorneys in preparing immigration cases such as visa applications, petitions, and appeals

Since 1969, Kenosha Area Family and Aging Services, Inc. has been providing quality services for all stage of life.

Using the largest volunteer base in Kenosha, our Senior Services offers seniors many ways to address their needs and allows them to age in place. We deliver healthy, nutritious meals to their homes, offer them options for congregate dining, provide friendly visitors to chat and activities that teach them to use communications technology and address memory health. We also have opportunities for seniors to volunteer and mentor school aged children.

Our Family Services works with the whole family, helping parents to reach new goals and learn effective skills to strengthen the family unit.

Over the years, KAFASI has created excellent working relationships with other caring agencies. We are proud of our partnerships with Kenosha County Human Services, United Way of Kenosha, Habitat for Humanity of Kenosha, Kenosha Unified Schools, and so many more! The Senior Dining Program provides nutritious lunches and activities for adults 60
and older at various sites throughout Kenosha County. The Senior Dining Site
Coordinator will be responsible for meal service, compliance, and outreach. This is a
great part-time job for a person who loves Seniors and has a heart to serve their
community.
Responsibilities:
-  Ensure preparation of the site and equipment before serving time
-  Recruit and supervise volunteers with serving food, clean up & site operation
- Maintain and inventory supplies
- Keep complete and accurate records as required by Federal, State, County,
and City
- Display required and current notices, articles, and letters

-  Maintain standards of safety, sanitation, and decorum at the site
-  Complete intake forms for new program participants and renew registration
annually
- Collect and deposit monies donated for meals on the day of service
- Record meal reservations and complete related reports

 The Long Term Care Specialist will provide information and assistance (IA&A), long-term-care options counseling, and functional eligibility and enrollment for older adults and people with disabilities who need information and assistance with community resources and access to publicly funded community-based long-term care programs. The ideal candidate has a heart to serve, loves working in a collaborative and friendly environment and is passionate about serving their community. 

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, accurate and friendly responses to requests for information about an array of topics and
for access to long-term care resources.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of community resources and benefit programs, and program guidelines.
- Provide guidance to individuals and families about long term care options.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of eligibility and enrollment & disenrollment procedures and protocols for
Family Care and Partnership Programs, PACE, and the self-directed supports waiver IRIS.
- Meet with consumers outside of the office to conduct functional eligibility and enrollment for public
funding for community-based services, and/or long-term care options counseling.
- Provide advocacy and connect clients with the services needed.
