Legal Receptionist
Miller & Miller is looking to add a personable and energetic Receptionist to manage our front desk and phones.
We’re looking for someone who can connect with our clients and set them at ease when working with our office. To do this, we need someone who is comfortable with both email and phone communications, and has experience in customer service.
We are a fast paced, goal oriented company. The perfect candidate must be comfortable working in a high volume law firm, handling multiple clients simultaneously, and is both dependable and reliable.
Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30 am until 5:30 pm and the occasional Saturday (8:30 am until 1pm). Some overtime may be required.

Immigration Legal Assistant
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
- Assist attorneys in preparing immigration cases such as visa applications, petitions, and appeals
- Draft legal documents including affidavits, briefs, and appeals
- Interview clients to gather case information and prepare relevant documents
- Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filings with government agencies
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties as needed
