The Loan/Grant Client Services Coordinator is responsible for handling client relationships. In this position, the incumbent will assist clients with loan and grant requests, including intake, processing, documentation gathering, and communications. An integral part of this position is needed assessments of entrepreneurs with different computer and English language business proficiency levels. The Client Services Coordinator is part of our Event Planning and Engagement Team and reports to the President and CEO.
Skills
• Bilingual (Spanish-English)
• Ability to work independently.
• Computer skills to support Google Workspace applications and MicrosoftWords programs.
• One year of experience in a financial services field
• Two or more years of experience in customer service for diverse populations
• Two or more years of experience in the non-profit sector
• BA or BS degree or Associate Degree with progressive experience in financial services and/or • nonprofit client management with a focus on financial literacy.
Specific Duties
• Uphold the mission and values of the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Southeastern Wisconsin
• Assess the needs of the clients with a 10-point assessment tool.
• Receive phone, email, or in-person inquiries about the Latino Chamber loans and grants programs.
• Support clients with applications
• Ensure that proper documentation is gathered for the accuracy of applications & prompt processing
• Serve as the liaison between Loan Administration and the Board Loan or ARPA Grant Committees, including document preparation, loan approval processes, and compliance.
• Promote the Latino Chamber and partners’ loans, grants, and technical assistance programs
• Coordinate and assist in event fairs, seminars, and community events.
• Engage clients and partners with the Latino Chamber services and programs.
• Book loans in loan servicing software, send loan statements to clients and monitor payments.

The position can be part-time or full-time. A full-time position will have additional responsibilities in client outreach.
